DRAMA & FFA BENEFIT DINNER
The Loyalton High School Drama and FFA clubs will be presenting a benefit dinner and performance on Thursday, March 11th. A spaghetti feed, done by the FFA, will be served between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. at the Loyalton Elementary School. Drama Club members will be presenting monologues and scenes starting at 7:00 p.m. The night dubbed "Help Us Help Them Together" is dedicated to Cory Kee. Proceeds from the event will go to help with medical and other expenses incurred after the accident. Presale tickets are $5.00 for both the dinner and the show are available from Drama Club and FFA members and in the AG room at LHS. Tickets are $7.00 at the door.

FNL MEETING
There will be an FNL meeting on tomorrow, March 10th at lunch in Mrs. Gressel's room.

FACEBOOK & MY SPACE SITES
Students Facebook and My Space sites are widely visited. These become evidence of activities that may result in loss of eligibility for extra-curricular activities. In addition, mocking or harassing other students or teachers is against school policy and these social networking sites make it easy to fall into.

BUSINESS CLUB
There will be a Business Club meeting Thursday, March 11th at 12:05 p.m. in Mrs. Donnelly's room.

BLOOD DRIVE
A Blood Drive will be held on Tuesday, March 16th between 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. in the LHS Gym. Students who would like to donate blood will need to get permission slips and sign-up today and tomorrow at 11:45 a.m. in the entry way of the school. Please see Mrs. Nunes if you have any questions regarding this.

MIDNIGHT GLOW DANCE
Midnight Glow dance is happening March 19th from 8:00 - 11:00 p.m. The cost is $4.00 - $3.00 with a Student Body Card. Wear White! There is a list of music suggestions posted in the hallway, so if you have preferences write them down.

TEA PARTY
The 3 Cups of Tea tea party will be held on March 20th. Teachers and students if you want to borrow a book to read, they are available from Mrs. McHenry.

OPERATION PROM DRESS
S Club announces Operation Prom Dress Saturday, March 27th from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. - Portola Jr-Sr High School Library. Operation Prom Dress gives you the opportunity to exchange your dress for another that is barely worn. Turn in your dresses, shoes and accessories to Mrs. McHenry, room 100 at LHS by 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 27th. Please have your name on your item(s), and Mrs. McHenry will give you a ticket the next day that you can use to purchase another item free on March 27th. If you do not donate a dress, but wish to get one, the exchange will be open from 1:00-3:00 p.m. and you can choose a dress for a $10.00 donation and shoes for $5.00.
